Full professor of Penal Business Law at Bocconi, Alessandri has been a member of the executive committee of the Rivista Trimestrale di Diritto Penale dell'Economia since its foundation.
He is a member of the permanent scientific commission for law and criminal procedure of the Centro Nazionale di Prevenzione e Difesa Sociale.
Alessandri is in the Direzione di Giurisprudenza Commerciale and is a member of the Scientific Committee of the “Paolo Baffi” Center for Monetary and Financial Economics.
On behalf of CENSIS, Alessandri is a member of the scientific committee of the Courmayeur Foundation and has been a member of the Ministerial Committees for the formulation of guidelines on corporate penal law (1991); the formulation of the Law Decree on finance (1997-98); and the arrangement of a general bill on corporate law reform (1999-2000).
