A mechanical engineer, since 2001 Valsecchi has been Italy’s Managing Partner of Towers Perrin, a global consulting company which is present in all the primary world markets, and specializing in the Human Resources and Risk and Financial Management sectors.
Before 2001 Valsecchi was a Partner of Value Partners and a Consultant to McKinsey & Company, two companies operating in the strategic consulting sector.
