Full Professor of Corporate Finance at Bocconi (Accounting Department), Bini is a Faculty member for the PhD in Finance at Bocconi and at Trieste University.
He is director of the CAFRA Center for Research on Corporate Administration, Finance and Regulation at Bocconi. He is a member of the steering committee of the journals Finanza Marketing e Produzione and La Valutazione delle Aziende.
He has written numerous volumes, papers and articles on issues of corporate finance and corporate assessment in Il Sole 24 ore, Milano Finanza, and MF.
